Are you accumulating logins and passwords faster than viral emails? Or do you already have so many passwords with the various website requirements for alpha, numeric, character restrictions and length that you find yourself constantly searching for that lost password?
Well, here is a solution I use and I share the information because I find it to be a life-saver! Its called Roboform. And its a password manager that holds all of your passwords in a secure location. All you need to do is:
- Install the software on your local PC (or smartphone)
- Save your login links to your Favorite Websites (actually the software prompts you every time you log into a new site asking whether you want to save it… so its pretty easy to gather links as you need to log into another website)
- When you need to log into a saved website > Select the link from your saved list
- Roboform then navigates to the url and logs in for you with your username and password!
Yes, its that easy!
All of your passwords are saved locally on your PC. And others cannot use Roboform unless you provide them with your one Roboform password, so no worries on someone gaining access to your logins!
